They can be stored in a cool and dry place at room temperature but away from heat sources. Once the package is opened, the gnocchi must be placed in the fridge and eaten within three days. To cool the Gnocchi immerse them in 3 litres of boiling salted water as required and boil them for a maximum of 2 minutes
