Delicious pesto made with orange pulp and zest, lemon zest, whole toasted almonds and Grana Padano PDO than emulsified with extra-virgin olive oil. Excellent on pasta, risotto and grains. An ideal accompaniment for crudités or on fish. Thin it down to make a superb dressing.
